The process from start to finish when working with Primeta Home Renovations
First Contact
The client reaches out to us through phone, message, or email, and asks about a renovation job that they may want done. We do our best over the phone or digitally to answer any questions they may have so that they can get as much information as possible.
A Quote Is Given Or A Consultation Is Booked
After initial introductions are made and a discussion is had about a project plan, a rough estimate for a quote can be given or some time will be taken to draw up a more accurate assessment. Alternatively, a consultation can be booked in order to view the property, examine what needs to be done, and a more in-depth discussion can be had so a better idea can be constructed for the project. Both of these avenues are completely free, so a client can ask about a renovation plan without worry.
The Job Begins
After a project plan is discussed thoroughly with the client and a comprehensive list of everything that needs to be done is drawn up, along with the contract, Primeta will arrive at the property and start working. Materials necessary for the job will be brought in and we begin to work our magic. The time frame we give for the job will be based on the amount of work being done but rest assured will not be dragged on.
The Job Is Completed
When the project is completed we consult with the client to do an inspection of everything to make sure they are satisfied with the work that has been done. As specified before, we do not label a project completed unless we get the green light from the client. Afterwards, everything will be cleaned up and we will depart the property.
Post Project Guarantee
Sometimes after a job is declared completed, something minor that was not spotted before might pop up and a request to return to the property to fix or change something can be done. This is our guarantee to you that when you work with Primeta, even after we’ve left the property, we will return to aid you with something that may have been noticed afterwards.
It has been about 25 years. We’ve watched the GTA transform over the past few decades for the better. Commercial businesses along with the myriad number of houses, condos, and apartments that we’ve renovated have received a modern touch up by us. A big part of the satisfaction we receive doing this line of work is seeing the happiness on our clients faces when we’ve completed our work.

We price our jobs competitively based on what current values in the market are and we will do our best to find a price that is satisfactory to you.
